At Adam James, we strive to create a calm and refined environment for every guest. To ensure we can deliver the highest standard of service, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

• Cancellations, changes, or missed appointments with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost.
• Booked services cannot be cancelled upon arrival.
• Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled, with the full service charge applied.
• To maintain the tranquillity of our space, we do not permit children under the age of 13 in the salon.
• A patch test is required for all new colour guests at least 48 hours before their appointment. This is essential for your safety and is a requirement of our insurance.
