We completely understand that sometimes plans change. To help us maintain the highest level of service for all our guests, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment.

Cancellations, amendments, or missed appointments without at least 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total cost of the booked services.

Please note, services cannot be cancelled upon arrival for your appointment.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the best possible service, and a full charge may still apply.

For health and safety reasons, children under 16 who are not receiving a service must remain in the waiting area and are not permitted on the salon floor.

All new colour guests are required to have a patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment. This is essential for both insurance purposes and, most importantly, your safety.
